The company’s full-year revenue guidance of $735 million at the midpoint came in 3.8% above analysts’ estimates. Its non-GAAP profit of $0.62 per share was 19.2% above analysts’ consensus estimates.
The DOJ said that the settlement seeks to resolve allegations that CarMax illegally repossessed motor vehicles owned by members of the military without obtaining court orders.
